New Vaping Laws

Excise Tax

The Canadian federal government has established an excise tax on all vaping products containing nicotine being sold in Canada.

The tax is already included in the item price, so the price you see on products is what the item costs before HST.

Excise tax being collected by the government is $1 per 2ML of e-liquid for the first 10ML. Then $1 per 10ML after that. So for Example if a bottle of Nic Salt E-Liquid is 30ML that means it now costs $7 more.

The law has been enforced since January 1st, 2023.

Maximum Nicotine Concentration

The Canadian federal government has established a maximum nicotine concentration of 20 mg/ml for all vaping products sold in Canada.

This means that customers will not be able to buy anything containing higher than 20mg/ml including Nic Salt Juices, STLTH Pods, Disposable Vapes, Ect.

The law has been enforced since of July 23rd, 2021.
